Eligibility for Refund

- All products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
- The product must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided.
- Products that have been used or damaged due to customer misuse or neglect are not eligible for refund.

Refund Process

2. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Please ensure that the product is properly packaged and includes the RMA number.

Refund Options

- Full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs
- Exchange for a different product of equal value
- Store credit for the purchase price

Non-Returnable Items

- Products that have been customized or personalized
- Products that have been used or installed
- Products that are perishable or have a limited shelf life
- Products that are no longer in their original packaging

Damaged or Defective Products

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to our warehouse. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure that the product is delivered safely.
